Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality, customized services. Due to the nature of design and consulting services, we have the following refund and cancellation policies:

1. Cancellations Before Work Begins

  • You may cancel your project within 48 hours of payment for a full refund minus a 3% processing fee.

  • After 48 hours but before work begins, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Cancellations After Work Begins

  • If work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of services completed.

  • A minimum 25% non-refundable project initiation fee applies to all in-progress projects.

  • Digital or customized deliverables already created are non-refundable.

3. Design Plan Purchases (Pre-Made Plans)

  • All plan sales are final. No refunds will be issued once plans are delivered.

  • Modifications or add-on engineering services are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

4. Errors in Payment

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 5 business days at [your support email or phone number]. If approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

5. Force Majeure

Lupine Development & Consulting is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or third-party service interruptions.
