DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Architect (Junior Level)

Support project teams with design development, drafting, modeling, and presentations across a range of residential and commercial projects. You’ll gain exposure to every phase of the architectural process while sharpening your design and technical skills under the guidance of senior staff.

Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD)

Work independently or alongside architects to develop creative, efficient, and compliant building designs. You’ll manage everything from space planning to construction documentation with a strong grasp of codes, site constraints, and structural coordination.

CAD Designer (Junior Level)

Prepare detailed construction documents and assist with drafting under the supervision of senior designers and architects. You’ll work on a variety of residential and commercial layouts while building your skill set in production and compliance.

Architect (Senior Level)

Lead project design from concept to construction, managing client relationships, guiding junior staff, and coordinating with consultants and permitting agencies. You’ll be responsible for delivering code-compliant, innovative solutions that meet aesthetic and performance goals.

Design Intern

An ideal opportunity for students or recent grads looking to gain hands-on experience. You’ll support design and documentation tasks, participate in brainstorming sessions, and learn how projects evolve in a real-world setting.

CAD Designer (Senior Level)

Take ownership of drafting packages, code adherence, and consultant coordination. You’ll help maintain drawing standards, review junior work, and ensure accuracy across all phases of production.

ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL CONSULTING

Structural Engineer

Analyze and design building frameworks, foundations, and load-bearing systems for residential and commercial projects. You’ll ensure the safety, efficiency, and constructability of every project.

Civil Engineer

Handle site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and municipal coordination. You’ll work on everything from urban infill lots to rural developments, ensuring every project starts with solid groundwork.

Energy (Green) Engineer

Focus on performance modeling, energy code compliance, and renewable integration. Support green building goals through data-driven simulations and actionable energy strategies.

M/E/P Engineer

Design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that meet code, comfort, and sustainability targets. Collaborate closely with architects and other engineers to ensure integrated building performance.

Sustainability Engineer

Implement green design strategies and evaluate projects for energy efficiency, material impact, water conservation, and sustainable certifications. You’ll help shape buildings that are future-ready and environmentally responsible.

Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS)

Review plans and inspect built work to ensure compliance with Texas Accessibility Standards and ADA. Work directly with designers and permitting to prevent costly revisions and foster inclusive spaces.

LANDSCAPE & SITE DESIGN

Landscape Designer

Design planting layouts, hardscapes, and site features for residential and commercial projects. Work closely with architects and clients to create inviting, functional outdoor spaces.

Landscape Architect

Take on large-scale site planning, grading, stormwater management, and public space design. You’ll integrate environmental and urban principles to shape outdoor environments that enhance the built world.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CLIENT SERVICES

Project Manager

Oversee all phases of a project, from initial client meetings to final inspections. You’ll coordinate between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to keep timelines, budgets, and expectations on track.

Client Account Manager

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications, schedules, and deliverables. Ideal for someone who’s part relationship-builder, part logistics expert.

Construction Liaison / Field Coordinator

Act as the link between the design office and job sites. You’ll ensure construction follows the drawings, document field conditions, and work with contractors to resolve on-site questions or changes.

Sales Representative

Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Tell our story visually and dynamically across platforms. You’ll handle photography, reels, graphics, and social content that aligns with our voice and attracts both clients and talent.

Marketing & Communications Specialist

ADMINISTRATIVE & BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Office Manager

Ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine. From managing schedules and supplies to supporting HR and client onboarding, you’ll be the operational backbone of the firm.

IT & Systems Support

Maintain our hardware, software, and cloud systems to keep projects running smoothly. You’ll support Zoho One tools, file access, backups, and internal security.
