Payment Terms of Service

Welcome to Lupine Development & Consulting. By submitting payment through our online system powered by Zoho Payments, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients and customers who use our platform to purchase services, plans, consulting packages, or related products.
1. Services Offered
We provide architectural and development consulting services, design plans, project management, engineering coordination, and custom consultations. Additional services may be made available through our website or by direct agreement.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed via Zoho Payments, a third-party platform that accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full agreed amount, including any taxes, processing fees, or applicable add-ons.
3. Service Agreement
All services rendered are governed by the scope defined in your proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Payment constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the scope of services outlined. Any change orders or scope increases may incur additional fees and timelines.
4. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid in full by the due date specified.
For fixed-price projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or delay services if payment is not received.
5. Use of Materials
Any plans, reports, or deliverables are the intellectual property of Lupine Development & Consulting until full payment has been received. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
We will not share your personal or project information with third parties except as required to complete contracted services, obtain permits, or comply with legal obligations.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and adjudicated in the appropriate courts of Williamson County, Texas.
