And now, we’re looking for independent, driven Sales Representatives to join us.


This isn’t a typical sales job. It’s not about cold quotas or boilerplate pitches. It’s about walking into a room full of strangers and walking out with new connections. It’s about turning a conversation into a relationship, and a relationship into a signed contract. It’s about being a visible representative of Lupine’s culture and values in the Austin community.

What You'll Do

Attend networking events, community gatherings, and prospect meetings — often solo.

Develop leads, build trust, and move prospects through the full sales cycle.

Introduce clients to Lupine’s design, engineering, permitting, and project management services.

Represent Lupine’s values with professionalism in every conversation.

What We Offer

Commission-only compensation:

<$25k contracts = 10% commission
$25k–$100k contracts = 7.5% commission
$100k+ contracts = 5% commission
Quarterly bonus: exceed $500k billings = +2% bonus on all commissions that quarter

Reimbursements & stipend:

$150/month stipend for prospect meetings
Mileage reimbursement (IRS standard)
Networking event ticket reimbursement (with receipts)
